ONLINE RETURNS POLICY ONLY
BLACK N BLACK accepts returns for on-line purchases for any
reason, as long as the garment is still in new and unused
condition with all tags still attached. A garment that has
only been tried on is eligible for an exchange / return, however
a garment that has been worn or washed, will be rejected and
sent back at your cost. Black N Black reserves the right to
assess all returns before a decision is made.
BLACK N BLACK requires notification of your intention to exchange
/ return within 7 days of the date of delivery. Notification
is to be made via email to returns@blacknblack.com.au
with a brief description of what is wrong with the garment and
what you want us to do, whether it be send out a different size
or colour, exchange it for something else or just simply refund
your initial purchase.
In the event you are exchanging, the new garment will be resent
to you with no extra shipping charges incurred, however
postage costs of returning the garment back to us is your responsibility.
In the event you are refunding, the garment will be refunded,
however the initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Postage
costs of returning the garment back to us is also your responsibility.
Items to be returned from outside Australia should be sent
no slower than registered air mail and must be endorsed 'return
of goods'.
BLACK N BLACK is not responsible for any item that is returned
and is not in a new, unused and unworn condition. As we do
not sell used garments, we will not accept the return of any
item that is considered used.
This policy is valid for on-line purchases only and
does not apply to purchases that have been made at the store
in Surfers Paradise. The store policy states that garments
being returned within 7 days are only eligible for exchange
if the reason is valid.
